Glad to hear your first day went well! I'm sure you're a great teacher. And interesting, any particular reason she specifically wants to go to Mobile? Family? ~ and ahhh oh my goodness when are you gonna pop the question???? ah i'm excited for you ~ oh yeah i wrote a little list in the last.fm group forum. didn't know if anyone bothered to look at it since it was so long heh ~ I'm currently at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL which is like 40 mins from my home (northwest suburbs of chicago). I went to a huge school for undergrad and I loved it but I also really like the small, tight-knit community that grad programs often provide since people often just stick with their classmates all year long ~ and yep i'm a twin! i'd say it's awesome all-around being/having one ha. i have a suitemate but that's it! and yeah i know how you feel... it's ok though! life moves on and it's something everyone has to deal with. at least you have a soon-to-be-fiance ;) ps are you on facebook?

Things are going well! I'm currently in a master's program and it's thankfully only a year long. The plan is to do this and then go to dental school next year. Just had my first round of exams and I did a lot better than I expected! I actually love the atmosphere here... the school's smaller and filled with faculty + students that are passionate about science and learning. So yeah, just new school transition type stuff right now. Making friends, checking out different student organizations, etc. This is the first time I'm living without my brother/twin and it's kind of weird and lonely at times. We shared the same bedroom our entire lives, including undergrad!

Glad to hear! Let me know how the job goes! Did you specifically want to work with kids around that age or is that sort of what just happened? I actually love working with kids and would love to be a pedodontist. Where do you think you'd move? Also, are you planning to pop the question anytime soon to your gf? If you're already planning to move around the world with her then I assume you guys are super close? Sorry for all the questions, you're just an awesome person and I want to know more about you!! Also, super happy to see you also like 200% :D That's almost surely going to be my favorite k-pop song of the year!

Just realized I never responded to you ahh sorry about that! How long have you been knitting? I kind of want to learn from my grandma and mom because I think it'd be a neat way to pass time. And do you have any ideas as to where you wanna travel?

I'm pretty good! I'm probably the busiest I've ever been but I don't mind since it's nice having things to do. It's also helping me stay more organized and such. I applied to dental schools a few months ago and now I'm just waiting to here back from them so I've been a bit nervous about that heh. How's everything going for you?

Love Engravings. Reminds me of Burial, Third Eye Foundation and Scorn, which is all pretty close to my musical sweet spot.

Oh yeah, I love On the Beach but you already mentioned it. Still love Harvest but I can see why some people find it off-putting. Been most into Ragged Glory recently. Definitely his best post-1980 album. Saw Crazy Horse live last year too.

ha that's interesting; i've never really thought about that but I think I appreciate pop punk like that too because it seems very "musically relatable" (?) don't know the word but yeah

Zuma but that's a fairly unconventional opinion. I also really like Tonight's the Night, which is more generally well-thought-of.
