John Callahan "Touch Me Someplace I Can Feel" (2006) (Portland area cartoonist who also was a quadriplegic since his early 20's as a result of a car accident. I actually saw him a year or two ago at the Blue Moon Saloon in PDX for a few seconds. Didn't get to talk to him though.)
