Whenever I look at the comments for a favourite old 80s tune, you seem to have gotten there first.

Just to be pedantic, Arthur Baker didn't produce The Perfect Kiss, it was self produced, were all New Order albums from 83>89. They worked with Arthur Baker for Confusion and Thieves Like Us, John Robie for Shellshock and Stephen Hague for True Faith/1963.

Howdy Retroguy from Canada! Thanks for your msg; my computer has been on the fritz so haven't had a chance to respond. I do like 90's music (Linkin Park & Staind are my faves from that time), but the 80's will always be my first love. I know so few people who like what I do, so it's terrific to find someone w/similar taste! I was finally able to take a peek at your blog b4 my computer crapped out again, and saw some retro IBMs - will check out later when puter is cooperating. Hope you're having a great summer!!

Love your message on "I Want That Man" - it gave me a genuine sidesplitting laugh so I had to come here to thank you! To wit, "I'm fairly certain she was talking about me in this song. I've been trying to confirm but she doesn't return my calls or emails and honeslty that court order to stay away from her sure doesn't help. Deb - CALL ME! - Don't break my Heart of Glass!!!!"

Hey Retroguy, I think I will be happy playing your radio station here. My first music love is all the retro 80's and 90's tracks. Great library! I see your comments in a lot of 80's tracks I really like.

agree about your comments regarding the Bee Gee's alone, use to hear it occasionally on the radio at work years ago and only recently found out what/who it was!

Thanks for the return friend request. I keep seeing commentary I agree with with your name on it on a disgustingly large amount of songs on my radio station, so I figured it was time to get better acquainted.

Conóceme

I have been and always will be passionate about music. I have very diverse tastes and it's really hard to define what my favorite type is. I do however have a preference for older music from the 80's and 90's hence the name - Retroguy. Having said that, I'm into more modern music and trends as well but the way back trax are where the hearts at.

Hey - check out my journal and my blog: http://www.retroguyswonderland.blogspot.com/
