Personally, I think Rob Crow is a genius when it comes to music. I know some people that think his lyrics "suck", but I wonder what else they listen to that would even compare to his wording and style. Probably, what, some mainstream indie fangirl crap like Mumford & Sons? What a joke, musically. As far as i'm concerned, he is a wonderful talent and addition to the music industry.

My favorite compilations of his musical style definitely include the bands Pinback, Other Men, Thingy, Optiginally Yours, and the not well-known Three Mile Pilot as well as Zach Hill's project, Systems Officer. While mentioning, of course, Zach Hill is one of the best drummers i've ever heard in my life, and if The Ladies isn't proof of that, I don't know what is.

My favorite, in all though, is definitely Pinback. I have been listening to them for years, and their compilation of music is astounding and beautiful. I can sing along, but also fall asleep to them. Simply beautiful, passionate, and moving music. My favorite tracks include Devil You Know, Clemenceau, Sender, This Red Book, Crutch, Anti-Hu, etc. I should just say all of them technically, but those are my absolute favorites.

My favorite Rob Crow project is Thingy. I love his ability to createcatchy pop songs that are also very well written pieces of music. Haven't heard Pinback yet, but only because I can't find any. The Ladias are awesome because Zach Hill + Rob Crow = Awesomeness.

Also, his cover of Steve Reich's Four organs is just too much ;P hahaha.

Shoot, I forgot to add Heavy Vegetable. They're also pretty good. Anything that Zach Hill and Rob Crow do together is amazing, I agree. You can't find Pinback though? That's weird, I would suggest trying YouTube or torrenting, that's what I do.

His stoner band Goblin Cock is pretty awesome; have you heard it? I also love the way he sneaks some nice stoner riffs in his pop songs. Great to get high to!

Heck yeah, all of his music is pretty sweet to smoke out to. Goblin Cock is not really my style, but they're alright.
