these are all songs too sad for me to bear. give them a listen. if you're a sap like me, you might shed a tear or two:

1. Coldplay– the scientist
most Coldplay songs make me emotional either way, but this one especially gets me all choked up. Who wouldn't? No, I've never been in an emotional breakup. I've never understood why people break up with it each other when "it's so hard". Doesn't that mean you still love each other? Oh well, I'm 14, I don't know much about relationships. At least that's what my mother says.

2. Owl City– vanilla twilight
You should've seen me. I balled like a little baby. I didn't really even know what I crying about, really. It was just so DEPRESSING. This guy misses this girl so much, but he still has to keep going on. Especially the "If my voice could reach to the past and whisper in your ear/ Oh darling I wish you were here"..Oh, don't get me started.

3. Lily Allen– he wasn't there
I guess I have the same kind of father Lily talks about in this song. The thing is, I never got around to forgiving him. I've despised my father almost my whole life…I never considered actually trying to be nice to him once in a while. Makes me feel like a crappy daughter.

4. Flyleaf– red sam
If you pay attention to the lyrics, you will here about Lacey's abuse as a child. Sometime I take advantage of my own kind mother, while there are those out there who aren't as lucky as I am to have a loving mother. Again, this made me feel like a crappy daughter for all those times I disrespected my mum.

5. Kings of Leon– arizona and revelry
I have to say, I have a hard time avoiding this song because KOL is my favorite band. But there's just something about these two…
