I got over 1000 tracks due to the already huge amount of play count data on winamp and my ipod. I still can't believe I listen to daft punk that much...

No, I haven't heard of them. Though their name alone makes me want to listen to them. I'll have to find some of their stuff. Yeah, if you find anything new and cool like that, make sure to drop it in my Inbox, I'm always looking for new stuff. ~Later

Since I see you're into Rush, try this new band I found. Its sort of like Rush with a lower voiced Geddy Lee. They're called TILES, and if you can get ahold of their music, try Window Dressing, their newest one. Its pretty cool.

You're right, Vox Tempus is really cool. How did you find them? I doubt I would have located them easily, it was tough enough finding their CD for sale. Thanks again, I think I found what to listen to at work for the week.

Ah, Porcupine Tree and Muse, quality bands there. The only way I could really recommend you get into them is the way I did. I listened to the newest Porcupine Tree album and was hooked; Fear of a Blank Planet. With Muse, I started with Absolution, which is a quality album, but their new one is also really good. I'll have to check out Vox Tempus, I'm always up for new sounds.

Ah, Supertramp, that brings me back almost to my High School years. You've convinced me that I've gotta pull out those albums. I thought of about 10 different bands to recommend, but each was already on your list. I don't think I saw Sun Caged on your lists. They're not as good as some other Progressive Metal acts, but they do sound different, and I've grown to like them. Give them a try.

I've not met Arjen face to face, we talk online a lot though.. And as I explained to the other guy, most of the 40gigs of dream theater I have are live shows that i collect.

Great music taste. I actually found out about Ayreon through Last.fm too, and to me that makes this thing completely worthwhile. Anything you listen to that you don't see on my charts?

Conóceme

I enjoy a lot of different kinds of music, but my favorite genres are currently: industrial (:wumpscut:, Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, Suicide Commando, Pig, etc.); progressive/artsy metal (Dream Theater, Green Carnation, Devin Townsend, Pain of Salvation, etc.); and classic progressive rock (Emerson Lake and Palmer, Genesis, Jethro Tull, Van der Graaf Generator, Camel, etc.). Any recommendations (especially in those genres) are very much appreciated! If you want me to recommend something for you, I'm always more than happy to. :)
