What kills me is I had an opportunity to purchase (as in had it in my hands) the Switched-On box for pretty cheap in the last year or so and passed. D'oh!)

I knew of this disc's existence but just never really thought to look for it because it's been out of print for a number of years. This has a number of Hitchcock themes and the only thing better would be a SACD collection of pieces conducted by Herrmann himself.)
