Ola! I am making this list because i dont want to forget them. [so when i have alot of money, i can collect them all in dvd copies =x]
somehow i think i arranged this according to most like.. but uhm.. i think everyday the list will change if i will arrange it according to most like first. Soon i wanna categorize it into:
too beautiful that it's hard to take ='(
    films to watch alone
films to bring with you everyday
    for one time watching
if you want to cry then watch this
the director must be an alien
    the director is ugly
    and so on..

so here's my list for the while:

eternal sunshine of the spotless mind this is a medicine movie. :)

Boy :D takawakahiti maka hata waka hiti pata kakawakahihi maka haha liti kipi waka WAKA!

Que se mueran los feos No more, no more of the ugly.. Eres tu.

    Abre Los Ojos
    Vanilla Sky
I'll tell you in another life, when we are both cats. :D

    Punch-Drunk Love (2002)
oops its not here =x, now it is, daadaada da da.. :)

Los abrazos rotos - It's Pedro and again it was good.
Vicky Cristina Barcelona - women should watch this, as well as the men.
I'm Not There - for Bob lovers
The Other Side of the Mirror - for ultimate Bob lovers
[]Me and You and Everyone We Know - :)
Harold and Maude - cute very cute ^^
Zombieland - some parts are corny, but the scene of Bill Murray is sooo unforgattable :D

Closer - lil bit tragic =x
Watership Down - Can they make animations like these again please
Pi - math and weirdness = "hhooaawweessuuggghhhmmm!" (The trademark of the Hamster from Bolt)

Central Station - the real 'sweetness'
    Pan's Labyrinth
Monsters vs Aliens - of course! ^^
the same great feeling you get from 28 days later, only not as scary as 28 days later

    Delicatessen - delicious :P
Hedwig and the Angry Inch - I'm very amazed with Stephen Trask
Hable Con Ella - Pedro never fails to make a very interesting movie
9 songs - primarily because of the 9 songs used :D and it's my fave number :^)

Irreversible - props to Mr. Darren, but im never ever gonna watch this again.

Cidade De Deus - never gonna watch this again too because of the violence, but it's worth the watch

The Princess Bride - MY NAME IS...
... ... ....................... YOU KILLED MY FATHER PREPARE TO DIE!

Volver - One of the best of Pedro, very interesting, very unique twists.
P.S. I Love You uhm okay.
Rocket Science - There's a cello in your house now! hmf!

    Man on the Moon
i thought it was a serious film, somehow i think its similar to Big Fish. Big Fish gave me that feeling that the papa was telling the stories in an exaggerated way, but, the point was that if people would look at it the same as how he told his stories, then they would feel this feeling: (stolen from Jeux D'Enfants)

"[as Julien is fleeing from the police] Sophie was back in the game! Pure, raw, explosive pleasure! Better than drugs, better than smack! Better than a dope-coke-crack-fix-shit-shoot-sniff-ganja-marijuana-blotter-acid-ecstasy! Better than sex, head, 69, orgies, masturbation, tantrism, Kama Sutra or Thai doggy-style! Better than banana milkshakes! Better than George Lucas's trilogy, the muppets and 2001! Better than Emma Peel, Marilyn, Lara Croft and Cindy Crawford's beauty mark! Better than the B-side to Abbey Road, Jimmy Hendrix and the first man on the moon! Space Mountain, Santa Claus, Bill Gates' fortune, the Dalai Lama, Lazarus raised from the dead! Schwarzenegger's testosterone shots, Pam Anderson's lips! Woodstock, raves... Better than Sade, Rimbaud, Morrison and Castaneda! Better than freedom, better than life! "

you know that spontaneous, implusive or whatever is the right term in english damn!

as in Man on the Moon, that feeling of joking Andy wants, i thought its the same as that feeling above.

its good, nice, would watch it again sometime in the future.

Now Andy can't you hear bout this onee..

    Wall·EEEE.. i love Wall·E wish i have Wall·E

    Rushmore <3

    Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist
aaaww i thought it was lil bit similar to Garden State..

    Yes Man
Jim Carrey is truly one of the best actors in the world, and the evercute Zooey is there too! in the movie, i was a little shocked to notice that Jim Carrey is getting old =/.. must watch it again to keep him old and cool! and zooey singing with her soothing voicee.. "Dont call me past 11 pm, it wont happen again.. happened once, happened twice, maybe three times maybe four times... you can call me at 10:59 but not 11 pm coz thats my rule now.." ♫♥

eternal sunshine of the spotless mind - when it was in the newspapers as coming soon', some friends and i agreed to watch it in cinema theater (and we were excited!), but because of being a computer science student which requires you to keep typing and looking at pc screen all the time, we all didnt had time to watch it in theather anymore. and thanks to TeeVee I was able to watch it, and it sunk deep in my heart. *crowd says 'awwww'*. i treasure this film very much.

donnie darko - lovely weird film (and soundtrack especially) which made me research alot about time travel =x.. everyone dies alone.. plus the love story in it is very uhm not cool but weirdish/extraordinary

science of sleep - i love every frame of this movie :), heartwarming, and im a fan of Charlotte, shes so beautiful :D.. plus some very memorable things with the movie ;) plus the cartons! oh yeah cartons are great stuff!

control - the moment i saw it inside our house (i think a friend of my sister lent her a copy) i knew i had to watch it right away.. and it was !@#$%^& brilliant! but if i would watch it again.. i think i need time =I.. blackwhiteylovely. The actor playing Ian Curtis is reallllly amazing especially when he was doing 'Ian's dance'.

jeux d'enfants - A friend who had fast internet connection and high tech computer during the time i was whining with our 10 year-old pc using win98 and very slow connection, shared to me her blessings of movies and one is this movie, which i fell in love at first watch, even if uhm i watched it first in French ^^ and didnt understand a word they were saying :D

once - awwww.. one of the films i treasure most.. and its so beautiful :'(.. it's so sincereeee :)

28 days later - seeing the BIGGGG poster in a mall and still 'coming soon' i promised myself im gonna watch this on theater, but when it was showing already i didnt knew it ='( and it was so quick I think just one week or less than.. but damn this is really one horrifying film.. and i like the heavy breathing nervous suspensed thrilled feeling i get (i mean i felt really scared and my heartbeats were fast in some scenes.. so it means the director was successful in uhm making people scaredwhich is bravo!)

28 weeks later - had the same effect on me as the first film.. @.@ good good!

elsa y fred - You are never too old to be young. :).. so far my favorite spanish film.. the story revolves around two old persons, and a love story in between.. VERY funny but will touch you very much as well =)

about a boy - very adorable :D.. i watched because of the actors/actresses, hugh grant and rachel weisz, and this is what made me listen to badly drawn boy more.. ive heard Silent Sigh before but sadly i didnt had a copy before, so after this movie, i knew exactly what to do :D

    garden state
    - while surfing the net instead of doing homeworks, ive read about this and borrowed (and copied :D) a copy. it was so simple. One of my favourites.. and The Shins!

walk the line - Because youre mine, i walk the line.. I wasnt a fan of Johnny Cash until last 2 years. A friend recommended me Johnny Cash and *boom* i fell in love with his music right away and somehow with him too (in the sense that im so happy he made such music).. and itching to watch the movie however no time again during it was released.. and so uhm many thanks again to HBO!

  • My Visual DNA

    27 Mar 2007, 19:07

    According to My VisualDNA I'm.....

You're a bit of a romantic and have a taste for the exotic. You love feeling the sea breeze in your hair, sun on your skin... Slip those shoes off... You like to kick back. When it comes to art, you're definitely unconventional. You like to think differently, always from another perspective. You have a good sense of humour. As for music, it's the soundtrack to your world. You like to unwind and switch off: it gives you a break from reality. Your choice of treat shows you're a fast-food junkie - and you're not going to beat yourself up about it. Life should be about enjoyment, so go and supersize it.

You love to be far away from your everyday life. You love the sun, and like to live life at a slower pace than most - you know how to take things nice and easy! For kicks you like to indulge in your great passions. You are probably happy spending time alone, and your drive and curiosity will take you all over the world. When it comes to holidays, there's no stopping you once you've got the taste for adventure... You like to be immersed in a completely different world and would be really bored just sitting around the beach. What grosses you out? You favour the natural look and can't stand a pumped and plumped, plastic appearance.

Even if you have a healthy approach to life, you still have your little vices that keep you going. It is all part of the routine, you're a creature of habit. Your choice of drink shows that on the whole you care about your health and make sure you're putting the right stuff in. As for the home, you are traditional: you invest in quality and history. You like your home to be as stylish as you are.

For you love is about long-term commitment, it means devotion and tenderness. When you think of freedom - you think of stripping off and getting back to nature. You're comfortable with your body and happy to make the first leap.

    According to the index:

Always taking life how it comes, and living in the moment. They don't get fazed by life. They just breeze through.

They are forever slipping off, getting away from the rat race, and recharging those batteries. Independent, and thoughtful - they know themselves well.

They are strict, organised and ever so neat - they practice the art of self-discipline. They like things done simply but with an eye for detail.

They are the type to fall in love a thousand times a day. Their feelings snowball quickly, and they are full of passion.
