Hey Jen! Well I've recovered from the jetlag. And one of my best mates (from Oz) came back with me to NL and is staying for a couple of months. I'm back at work and doing lots of sightseeing (here there and everywhere!). p.s <3 Science Fiction- LOVE IT! What's news with you?

I agree, if they became pompous, bigheaded, regressing into cookiecutter metal riffs due to signing to a major label... they'd lose so much of their fanbase. It's when bands stop seeing fans and start seeing target audiences.

hey, I'm only being honest :). yeah I agree with you and hayle, I always seem to look back nostalgically/selfishly at the times where I had an awesome band all to myself and a small group of friends. at the same time though... I'm loving the exposure Vool is getting now.

mmm i'll miss the smaller gigs too.. it was kinda more personal when smaller but now it's like every man and his dog rock up and most not even familiar with the band... haha yea it's a great song.

Just checked him out. I see we're both influenced by similar bands due to our ages. Anyone with Propaganda and Art Of Noise in their top 10 earns my respect. Their first albums were and still are two of my favs. Propaganda - 'A Secret Wish' is my fav album of all time. It's a work of art. David would have it as a fav aswell. Lush, Badalamenti, School of Seven Bells, Cocteau's all super! Have you heard anything from Soap&Skin? I might of mentioned her to you before, not sure.

New pic Jen, i ike it! I see you've been getting plenty of shouts on Killing Joke and Love Like Blood is an awesome track, from a great album. Eighties and Kings and Queens are another two favs for me off that LP. They were a very influential group for alot of bands. I wish Liz Fraser was still making music, i so miss her. I just added sraets as a friend. Nice library.
