One of the best sites I've found for music listening stats is the iTunes Registry. I've forgotten about it for a long time, but just checked it out recently and its more slick than ever. My favorite features are:

total playcounts by Albums, or Artists

and the fact that it takes into account the playtime. So, for example, if you listen to a 15 minute song 5 times and a 2 minute song 10 times, saying you listen to the 2 minute song more because it has a high playcount isn't completely accurate.

Anyway, check it out and you will find a new way of looking at your music stats. One caveat, it depends on your iTunes library playcount so if that gets reset, the analysis will change, unlike last.fm.
