I always like your recommendations. A band I really dig now is A Thousand Dead and VELD from your country :)

Hideous Divinity, I though you don't listen to Brutal Technical Death Metal ;)

That drum spot is probably the one i'm most curious about. I hope also that the brutality remains. We'll see when the previews gets out how it will sound like, i'm certain it won't dissapoint anyway. Steffen is a perfectionist when it comes to that haha.

Hoping it is Prismal Dawn only 9 mins longer. But yeah i'm sure it will be great nontheless, but yeah i'm also curious about what this new lineup will bring to the band.

Hm try At the Gates "The Red in the Sky is Ours" and Chimp Spanner "At the Dream's Edge" oh and Fellsilent got a solid rec to check out. Other than that Alkaloid's alb have been occupying my ears. Such a marvelous rec, not that doubted anything less with that lineup.

I checked out Abriosis. I have listened to their self-titled EP so far and I'm quite impressed by them. Good find! I'm gonna listen to the others.

Yup, they are great. I like Of What's to Come more because it's faster, but not heavier than Portals. If it only had the same production as Portals, damn, that would have been wonderful. And I like the first 2 songs the best Water Of Space and the other one I cannot recall.

Can't say for sure, I only listened to Reduced to Ashes and Mark of the Legion once, and they were just running in the background while I was doing something else, however Crown Of Souls was more brutal than technical.

Hey, brutal death can be good if you listen to the right bands, for example Skinless, Gorgasm, Inveracity, DEEDS OF FLESH and others. Anyways try these two songs http://youtu.be/im9epX6zoXs?t=5m29s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bInlePwfAs

I like Odious Mortem better than Servered Savior, both musically and lyrically. However they do share the same vocalist. I wouldn't say Arkaik is similar to Deeds, because like I said they have some brutality in their music, where Arkaik is straight Technical.

I haven't checked Emeth out yet. As for Deeds and Odious. Odious have 2 LPs, first one is very short about 20 minutes. I don't like it all that much, but the 2nd one is a different story, Cryptic Implosion fuckin slays. As for Deeds, I don't know how well you will like the older albums, I sure didn't enjoy them much. I think for someone who grew up listening to them, they must really love them, but not me lol. Anyways I found the last 3 Deeds albums to be superb, Of What's To Come is my favorite (Erlend on bass <3)

Deeds Of Flesh and the new Hideous Divinity. I'm kinda in a brutal mood, so I'm listenin' also to other brutal bands like Cerebral Bore and Odious Mortem (even though they are more technical than brutal, but still brutal :P)
