人が押し寄せすぎで、クラウドサーフもバンバン来て、首がぐぎっとなった。大丈夫かな。メンバーは柵前まで来るからお腹に頭がくっつきそう。お蔭で近いけど、真っ暗闇で演奏やステージ全体は見られない。
特に、Ronnie Nymanは、飛沫状の唾を飛ばすので、体中彼のつばシャワーを浴びました。ご利益があるのかは不明です。社交的な彼の人柄はうつるといいかも。
途中でフェイが耳打ちしに来たから、「なんぞ？」と思っていたら、どうやらガス・Ｇの事だった様子で、「ガス・Ｇは、自分のプロジェクト（アンプの試聴会？クリニック？）で時間を取られてこられないというアナウンスがありました。明日は、来るかもとのことです。

ボーカルのGeoffrey Ficco、2011加入だけど、なんというか独特のカリスマ性があります。にこりともせず、動きも普通のメタルとは異なり、ある人に言わせると「歌舞伎の見栄みたい！」だそう。私から見ると、ああ、あの背中の反り具合、体を前後左右に小刻みに揺らすあの動き！、こ、これは、TOOLのメイナードの系列だー！ラブラブ♥♡となります。どことなく見た目も、まつ毛が薄い見開いた目とか、ハゲ…いや剃ってるのね、とか、似てます。身長は低くて170cmないんじゃないだろうか。ステージを離れると、黒いメタルフーディー被ってあちこちうろちょろしてました。普通の兄ちゃんだったよ。
最前だったので、お腹が頭にくっつきます。あらまあ。こんなに近いとお腹と足しか見えない。歌ってる頭部分が見えませんよ。ま、これはこれでいいのか。ラブ♥♡←
2009年にExtreme The Dojo vol. 22で見ているのですが、当時とはメンバーが違います。雰囲気が違う！下手のguitarのMichael “Machine” Keeneが創設時からのメンバーで、後の3人は2013年に加入ですね。曲は大好きな方の部類なんだけどなー、変態メイナード似のボーカルも超好みなんだけどなぁ。なんせ上手ギターに嫌われたからなぁ。微妙だなぁ。ま、中心はKeeneだからいいか。
Keeneは、下手端で、淡々と自分の作業をこなします。マイクスタンドがありコーラスや歌部分があるのでほとんど持ち場を動かず、地味な印象です。でも一番ライブの出来とかに心を砕いているんだろうな。頑張れ、The Faceless!
最初の方で、下手でパソコンとアンプ間でトラブっていたのは、何だろうか。何かのプログラミングが上手くアンプに伝わっていなかったみたいな感じだった。もしかすると録音だったとかいうベース音だろうか？ここで時間を随分取られたせいで予定されていたセットの一曲くらいは少なかったかもしれない。（セトリ用紙は使っていなかったようなので分からんが。）
その間、ドラムさんが気を利かせてスンバらしいドラムソロやってくれて、それでもなお直らないんで仕方なさそうに今度は上手のわがままギターがソロっぽいのを始めたら直って、もおいいよ、とKeeneが肩たたきに来た。ドラムさん、グッジョブ！

このバンドは、モッシュやクラウドサーフがお好みらしく、べネスさんが黄緑色で思いっきり、ステージダイブにクラウドサーフしてました。このあたりから本当にクラウドサーフがきつくて、ライブを堪能するどころではなかった。
