It is brilliant! Did you see Spotify has stopped taking free subscribers for a while. Due to the popularity of the Android/iPhone app, they're suspending free-riders. Glad I signed up when I did!

Yeah - I don't get that either to be honest. It is based on date, but the years are all screwed up. Why is Absolution 2009? I don't think it's had an official re-release.

Two Great new albums out this week. New Frank Turner is brilliant, as is new Muse. Check 'em out - they're both on SPotify. And given you can now listen off-line as a subscriber I think it may be soon time to put my hand in my pocket.

You're right - absolutely amazing. Especially TFTK. I think you might like MJ Hibbert & the Validators, it's a bit of a fuller sound than FT but, its also a bit more Low-Fi as he makes most of his albums himself. But the subject matters are similar, though often with a bit more humor. Some of the older stuff is now on Spotify http://open.spotify.com/artist/1MwkB5z5zE4wDNXtTS9ktp I suggest you start with "Lessons Of The Smiths" and "Symbol of Our Nation", though IMO the new album is best - you can download it from my emusic account.

Interesting Choice of Queen albums - I mostly try to stay clear of the 80's stuff. It's ok, but you can't beat ADATR and ANATO.

Check this out: It's the greatest crime against music. Ever. http://open.spotify.com/track/3pw8qDnmPMErAUc7DqY4O5 All parties involved, ought to be utterly ashamed of themselves.

Aussie Pink Floyd were awesome. I was probably slightly too pissed to fully appriciate it, but only just, so I still recall most of the evening being totally amazing. Only shame was the all-seating nature of the gig/venue. Would have been much better to stood up. I highly recommend seeing them though, even for around £30 a pop they're well worth it. Comfortably numb was brilliant.

Agreed, it is difficult to find people, and sadly, they've been saying that they find people from your yahoo/hotmail contacts book will be "coming soon" for about 6 months. I think this site is based a lot on outsides writing code for it. I think all the scrobbling programmes for various mp3 players are all written by users and uploaded.
