you're welcome, interesting test :) yeah, i just use 2 or 3 feat. tags, and the others are redirected =/ i can't disable the auto-correction because some artists were scrobbled incorrect and the feature corrected for me (Christina Aguilera/Larry Gold for example) and then if i disable, i'm going to have this "artist" on my library

No worries! Yeh, I guess big fans of a particular genre would tend to give overly positive feedbacks on that genre without looking at the bigger picture, just because they're 'fans'. By pop fans being a weird bunch, I mean they always try to defend the genre (obviously), but then you notice stuff like hate towards any other artists of the same genre that isn't their one of their favourites, like for e.g Gaga vs Britney or Madonna fans, to the point where they'd organise hate campaigns on facebook and on twitter. This obsession is a bit ironic. As for shoegaze bands, I'm quite new to the genre myself, but I think you might like The Daysleepers, Destroyalldreamers, Youth Lagoon, Arctic Plateau. And since you know Alcest, you might be interested in Les Discrets too.

Hello there! Excellent taste here, I must say! I saw that you're a member of the "Old School Swedish Death Metal"-group here on, so I'd like to recommend this:

To be honest, I'm not much of a Cryptopsy fan, really. No idea why, I just could never get into them.

Hey man, just thought I'd let you know, I listened to Morning Star. I found the album pretty enjoyable, for the most part, picking up a lot at around the halfway point, with "Fractures", "City of Ghosts" and "About to Die" being the best on the album. I also liked how it ended with a pretty high note being "Mental Twin", the whole second half of the record was more or less kick-assingly awesome, really. My main grip would probably be L.G's performance, his vocals seemed to lack aggression and intensity, but they weren't bad by any means. I quite liked the album.

It's good to check out different versions of Bach's stuff as well. It helps me appreciate the music more, at any right. Like comparing Moroney's recording of Die Kunst to Gould's, it's almost like two different pieces of music. I can list more specific discs if you'd like.
