    Cool. Just wanted to get your insight. I'm still getting there, I wasn't a fan of Discovery either. It's okay. The album that defined them for me was the last live record. This new one I'm still figuring out what happened to them solely as an artist.

    Are you feeling this ram record? I'm still on the fence, the points it scores for me is mostly for the mastering and ode is does to disco/synth roots. The music itself just isn't explosive or authentic enough to score as well as most of those who rate it highly.

    Get yourself a bill laswell remix album of miles davis called "panthalassa", it's amazing. Also David Murray's Shakhill's Warrior and Buena Vista Social Club's self titled. Jazz is damn extensive so it'll take a long while to get through. :-)
