    Yeah I've tried it a couple of times but it doesnt feel right for djing, I cant prelisten to tracks (or I have not figured out how to do so) I'm happy with Traktor :)

    I mean Copacabana by first song :) I predicted it was FL, it has a good reputation for VSTs but is pretty bad considering unique sound because you always hear that a song is made with fruityloops, kind of hurts your creativity and freedom. I use Renoise for making tracks, it has a different interface / approach than most other music-making programs because its based on trackers (old school programs people used to make music for video games back in the day, but you have alot of possibilites and is quite easy once you start getting into it) I haven't done much yet but I am on doing sort of retro-videogame-ish stuff :D http://www.myspace.com/vincimachtmusik . For mixing I use Traktor 3, but I started with Virtual DJ, easier but fewer possibilites (if you want to get into djing that is :))

    ok I listened to your tracks, the first song switches to an odd time signature, or it's just me, you should try to shorten the first synth that comes in at 0:13 from a "bummm bu-tschack" to a bum bu-tschack" (meaning a shorter first synth) to make the transition more smooth and more energetic, I really like the melody that comes in at 0:41, also a very smooth transition, maybe you should take out some of those hi-hats from 0:55 on or from 1:04 to let the melody "breathe" freely before you bring back in that synth (god I love that sound, what program do you use to make these tunes, I have been looking for such a sawtooth or whatever it is for some time :)). For the last part (starting at 1:43) I would suggest you some sort of another layer or melody over your "core" melody :) like this http://tinyurl.com/5mu9y8 (its a media fire link dont worry :D)
