Howdy fellow leafer! I just got an email from TLG about this special deal on downloads.. and I'm wondering if you are familiar with any of these shows? I might want to get one.

Hello Robo2448! I saw that you have a pretty good taste in music and thought that you'd maybe like our music as well. We are three girls from the forests of Sweden and we are going to record our very first album in Woodstock this summer! We would love if you checked out this song ! Let us know what you think (it's much appreciated) by commenting the video, and also check out our cover of 'Kathy's Song' that we got the chance to play live for Paul Simon! Love, VIDAR

I just posted this on my fb... a link to a fine tlg show... one set, not too long, a mind blower! >>>>>>>Devotees of psychedelic jam music, or the simply curious, should check out the archive recording of Tea Leaf Green show held at Floyd's Music Store here in Tallahassee in January 2007. By the time you get through the second song, you may exclaim, as my son's girlfriend did to me when she saw this band, "Now I know what 'psychedelic' means!" Free download or stream here, but allow for listening with good volume:

I wish I could catch a show... they're not coming within 6 hours so far. Furthur is playing well though!

Hi Sam! I am listening to a band you might like. I saw Dead Confederate at the Harvest of Hope Festival and really liked them. To me, they are psychedelic drone, and they remind me of Brian Jonestown Massacre....... I just stumbled upon the fact that they are giving away a live album, here.

Isn't Beat of The Earth another project by Phil Pearlman? This guy did a fantastic album under the name The Electronic Hole. I simply need to hear more stuff by Pearlman.

Well.... I might get to see TLG in NYC this weekend! It depends on whether my son, whose girlfriend says he doesn't really like "jam bands," wants to go. I will be in the city for the weekend, and there is TONS to do! :) I hope all is well with you these days!

I first saw and heard The Avett Brothers on the same stage, and either right before or right after, I first saw and heard Tea Leaf Green. It was on a Sunday in November, in a sort of pasture, just after noon: cool and beautiful. There were few folks there, as they were sleeping off the night before. I was moved by their performance, to tears perhaps. :)
