6 Abr 2006, 14:17it's spring break for me everyone, and i'm going to be in Barcelona, Spain for the next week. skateboarding, culture, food, and fun for a week. two days of traveling, there and back, so lots of ipod listens. there won't be any plays logged, but here's what i'm planning on listening to the most:
Saves the Day
He Is Legend
Murder By Death
i hope anyone else who is on their spring break enjoys it. to my friends irl on last fm, i'll miss you, and i'll keep in touch. to my internet friends, i'll keep in touch, there's going to be a computer at the place we are staying.
3 Abr 2006, 4:20i just realized my music taste is really crazy. i've been posting at www.allgames.com recently, and i have been listening to rediculous clashes of artists. i realized this in the thread entitled 'albums of the day'. none of the albums or artists mesh at all, here check it out:
-Ghostface and The American Analog Set
-Jedi Mind Tricks and Secret Lives Of The Freemasons
-Cannibal Ox and Stanley Kubi
-The American Analog Set, 65daysofstatic, and Daughters
-The Arcade Fire and Anal Cunt
-Ghostface and At the Drive-In
-Set Your Goals andEl-P
-He Is Legend, E-40, and Gorilla Biscuits
-M83, and Botch
ehhh yeah, kind of rediculous. is this a good or bad thing? because personally, i love it.

6 Mar 2006, 17:551.Hoods - awesome band, i have 4 of their albums, and none of them have disappointed me. to get the full hoods experience, you have to see them live, everything from the circlepits to the sing-a-long's are full of energy. 50 plays.
2.Remembering Never - the first album i heard by them was "Women and Children Die First", after that, i have been listening to them constantly. a week ago i got to see them live. brutal breakdowns, meaningful lyrics, and talented guitar work make this band what it is. definately check out their newest album "God Save Us". it's an awesome follow-up release. 49 plays.
3.Evergreen Terrace - i haven't been listening to this band that long, but ever since i started, it's been awesome discovering their talent. a perfect blend of metal, 90's alternative, and hardore is what makes this band. if you don't like at least one song by them, you are crazy. 43 plays.
4.Blacklisted - awesome band, brutal breakdowns, awesome lyrics, and a crucial hardcore style that can only be characterized as wicked. can't wait to see these guys on the 21st. 34 plays.
4.Set Your Goals - It's a shame these guys just got popular. they have taken anything that could have been desireable from bands like Lifetime and New Found Glory, and have made something completely of their own. cannot wait to see them live and buy their new album when it comes out. 34 plays.
6.Modern Life Is War - passionate and burning with energy, modern life is war is a one of a kind hardcore punk band. everyone should check them out. 33 plays.
7.Kids Like Us - fun skate rock/hardcore punk fused with a little bit of a southern twang. sick and raw, full of breakdowns, 2-steps, and circle pits woven in. cool to sing-along with because of the fun lyrics, picking fun at some of the more tough guy aspects of hardcore. "Outta Control" is an essential release if you're a fan of hardcore punk. 32 plays.
8.Between the Buried and Me - they're from my state, and i'm in the hardcore/metal scene, so of course i listen to between the buried and me. brilliant progressive/death metal/hardcore stuff. all their albums are worth getting, just go listen to them if you haven't yet. 31 plays.
9.Glass Casket - the band before between the the buried and me is awesome if not just as good as btbam. these guys rule at death metal. 24 plays.
10.Coheed and Cambria - now i don't listen to much Rush, but this band is definately the new version. awesome progressive rock influenced by an awesome story, science fiction, and 80's metal. all converted to fit and exceed the musical demands of this day and age. 23 plays.
that's all folks... see you at 2000 plays.
