That actually is kinda cheap. I'm looking to buy the game right now. And it's no problem, as I'm not either haha. You got FB or a messenger?

Wow, you're right. And not just that song, but the whole game seems to have a great soundtrack. The game itself sounds pretty awesome as well. I bet it'd cost a fortune to buy. D:

FFX's soundtrack is great, but I honestly feel Uematsu's contributions are mostly the only good part of the soundtrack. VI and VII had better soundtracks IMO. Actually, no, I'm not sure I'm even familiar with the game at all.

I agree. Square soundtracks are some of the best...especially Final Fantasy. ;) Which BTW, Nobuo Uematsu is better than Yomo Shimomura. Just sayin'.

Pretty interesting taste of music you got. I'm especially intrigued by Yoko Shimomura, given you seem to be a metal fan. She's quite a good composer though.

Conóceme

I'm 17 and I LOVE music. I've been playing guitar for a number of years, as well as bass every now and then. Sorta play piano but I'm not too serious about it, same with the banjo. I hope to obtain some string and/or wind instruments in the near future so I can learn them as well. I'd like to write music and be in a band for a living, but I'm never satisfied with my work :( It's even worse since there are no decent musicians where I live (not that I'm claiming I'm great lol)

Anyway...I've always been attracted towards rock since I was a little kid. KISS' Destroyer was the first album I was ever given and I loved it immediatley. The loudness, intensity, and just rockin' vibe made me pick up the bass. From there I went through the standard: Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Metallica, basically everything you see on VH1 Classic. But I've grown a LOT since then...
It all started in 2004 when I heard Stream of Consciousness (by Dream Theater) on a web radio. I loved the jam-like feel to the song, and how they would ride on the same riff, but kept it interesting with small permutations. I immediately got a couple of their albums and looked into their peers' (Opeth, Symphony X etc.) work as well. Then came the phase where all I cared about was technicality and speed in music. This got me into the tech. death scene as well as other extreme genres (black, grind).
Eventually I branched off into the slower tempo music such as post-rock/metal, doom, sludge, and stoner. Then came a phase where I was in love with avantgarde/experimental music.
This leads to my current phase: Hip hop and electronica. I'm still just taste testing the genres, but I'm loving everything from the ambiance to the samples.
So I really have to thank Dream Theater for expanding my horizons quite a bit lol.

Aside from music I'm pretty basic: sleep, video games (PS2>>>all Next-Gen consoles (or is it current-Gen? By Next-Gen I mean 360, Ps3 and stuff)).
