On that note, I also cannot stand people using incorrect tags for music. If you absolutely have to use incorrect tags for some reason, at least vote to merge for the site to auto correct. If you're going to talk to me about music, using romaji is fine..it's just for tagging that I cannot stand things being impure. It's really irritating when a weaboo pretends they're Japanese and love Japan and such and then only go half-way with their music tagging. Using the correct Japanese kana for your music is more respectful to the artist and the language, and it puts you one step closer to becoming a Japanophile rather than a weaboo.
Musicbrainz is a big factor in this, of course. There's a lot of toolbags on there are keep "correcting" the correct titles to what they FEEL should be the correct titles while ignoring the CD books and official websites. Respect the music labels and artists and use the titles given to you. Don't take freaking liberties and pretend like it's the official title when it's not. You're ruining that site and this one with that crap. If you don't have the CD book and ONLY have the website to rely on, let someone else who bought the CD and has the book fix the data.
