• Magic-8-ball thingy.

I saw this on Yai's journal, and liked the idea. I just used my "Neighbour radio" thingy for it. The basic idea is, you listen to randomly shuffled music, and use the titles of consecutive tracks as answers to these questions, in order.

How does the world see me?
    Track: Extra Ordinary
Comments: Does this make me boring (unusually ordinary), or weird (extrordinary)? Either way, they use the phrase "hot like wasabi" somewhere in here, so it's all good.

Will I have a happy life?
    Track: Bad Idea
Comments: The recurring lyric in this is "I don't wanna". Doesn't bode well, really.

What do my friends really think of me?
    Track: Everyday
Comments: By the title, this supports the "unusually ordinary" take on "Extra Ordinary". I hope my friends don't think of me as everyday, I was aiming more for eccentric... Alternatively, the lyrics're completely incomprehensible, so maybe they think I babble jargon or something. TBH, that one's probably true.

Do people secretly lust after me?
    Track: The Difference
Comments: Wow. This one makes no sense. Even after looking up the lyrics, I couldn't think up a cunning way of linking this to the question. I was looking forward to getting an answer to this one, too.

How can I make myself happy?
    Track: Prove
Comments: This is a bit too heavy for my normal listening habits. Maybe being angstier would make me happy in some weird self-contradictory way?

What should I do with my life?
    Track: Photograph
Comments: The lyric that grabs me here is "you might play so monastic that you blow it". Is this a hint that I should join the clergy? Or, conversely, that I need to get laid?

Why should life be full of so much pain?
    Track: Good Time
    Comments: Schadenfreude, baby. Alternatively, BDSM.

How can I maximize my pleasure during sex?
    Track: Indefinitely
Comments: Meh. This is one of those useless 8-ball answers like "bad signal, try again".

    Will I ever have children?
    Track: Collection of Goods
Comments: Lots of "collection" going on here. I'd guess that means I'll have a lot of kids, which doesn't really sound like me. I'll just hope they mean an evil army of clone sons, all Jango-Fett-ey.

    Will I die happy?
Track: A Day at the Races
Comments: It's upbeat, at least. Could be worse.

What is some good advice for me?
    Track: Satan Is My Motor
    Comments: Er... Fnord?

    What is happiness?
    Track: Cherry Blossom Girl
Comments: This appears to be a lovesong to a girl, but the vocalist's female. Is homosexuality therefore happiness? (I guess it works for me, eh.)

    What is my favorite fetish?
    Track: Greed, Hate, Envy
Comments: ...and the BDSM hints resurface.

    How will I be remembered?
Track: Bonnie, Why'd You Cut My Hair
Comments: I have a ponytail, maybe that's relevant.

I'll stop trying to be funny now.
