I had a friend Phillip who used to live on a military base in Germany, actually. Small world. He was really into indie. I still have some of the German indie/emo bands he sent me. They weren't bad. And, jealousy is jumping out of my skin right now. They always said they were breaking up, and then they'd be doing the This Is Hardcore tour or playing in Boston somewhere. I'm surprised they actually went through it. I mean, the new album wasn't their best but it was still awesome. They're one of my favorite hardcore bands. I was REALLY disappointed when I missed that show.

I wanted to see that show, too, but I was leaving the day before so I didn't plan on going. I'm kinda upset I missed the Have Heart show in the beginning of the semester. I heard it was ok. I actually didn't expect to like the school. I was supposed to go to a school in Providence, RI, but last minute changed my mind. I'm turning out to really like it. I mean, I'm from New Jersey, so its an OBVIOUS upgrade. I like how I never knew anyone before I came to UA. It makes meeting people easier. Which probably makes no sense, but it does. haha

I got stuck in a converted lounge, so there 3 other people in my room. It's not so bad, somehow I neded up with my own side, so I built a super fort, haha. And, its good to know :O) If you ever need someone to go to a show with, hit me up.

Well, I'm usually up for going to shows. I mean, I haven't really gone to a lot because of lack of car. The only way I'm getting to Minus the Bear is I'm paying some one of my friend's friends $5 to take me. Its cheaper than a taxi.

Yeah, I do. The person i've had the most music compatibility with is the DP Dough delivery guy, he told me about the last metric show, which was pretty awesome. I'm excited to see Minus the Bear. Although, I've heard they don't sound too good live. We'll see for ourselves though.
