Hello there; sick charts! I think it's the first time I'm seeing so many NoMeansNo scrobbles from someone. I started a group on facebook to share and discuss the kind of music you seem to be into. We'd love to have you there: https://www.facebook.com/#!/home.php?sk=group_212847145403519&ap=1

Thanks man, I'm getting them. I'm looking forward to this big! And yeah I had trouble deciding what to get before precisely because there was so much from him.

o hai =p your charts are indeed cool, care to suggest where one could start off with John Zorn? I've been wanting to listen to his stuff for a while, but it keeps slipping my mind.

hey hey. i've got a bit of a soft spot for 'machine age voodoo' but then i do like daft synthpop. it's very different from the earlier spk sound, but if you're not a fan of the 80s synth dance sound it may be too fluffy for you. if you can, track down their 'peel sessions' ep, it was recorded around the time of machine age voodoo, it's a lot more like auto da fé though, with more metalbashing noise and juddering bass... oh, whatever you do, avoid the live album 'oceania', it's even further into the fluffy pop territory and is frankly a bit embarrassing.

Hey, we seem to have a similar taste in music, so I thought you might like www.lastfm.com/music/dada+dumdums (SIOUXSIE & BAUHAUS-influenced). I recommend HOURGLASS LAND for first listening. Best wishes, yens

The later half of that album is astounding. I mean, the album as a whole is pretty great, but it really shines as you listen to it throughout. Did you get it through my blog?

I can't make up my mind on NoMeansNo yet, I know I like it but it's sort of not sticking with me. I might have to leave them for a while then come back to them.

What are you doing, having high musical compatibility with me?! I can't be seen having high compatibility with anyone at dA, people might think I'm a hipster or something!

Last.fm is a privilege not a right.
If last.fm wants to charge for the radio function and you don't want to pay for it, you don't get to listen to it. This is how capitalism works.

My charts are the best.
