You ask what does NEF know about Broken Beat?...3/5 Beat with an unusual yet refreshing slap of an offbeat just for kicks: one of my favourite broken beat examples is in the Vikter Duplaix "Sensuality" (dj kicks)...or 4Hero "Hold it Down" feat. Lady Alma...or Spacek "How do I Move"...or Georgia Anne Muldrow "Lo Mein"...or how 'bout some Peven Everette "Stuck"...or V Duplaix + Clara Hill with "Paper Chase"...OH! can't leave out the DKD + Black 2000 movement...shout out to the UK!...one day I shall tread asphalt there...u never know kiddo! - peace

Our compatabi;ity is probably due to our communication activity..an me lovein some of ur choices...not sure s'trying to tell us sumink else?...I like making my own choices anyhows so I 'd only take what a computer tells me with a big pinch of salt...I reckon in reality we might just argue...

Below is exactly the reason why I wouldn't enter into musical politics..arguments abound! And just want to point out theat I said "Tech-House" a completly seperate genre to techno....been there don! that! whereas Tech- house, I could listen an dance to for the rest of my life...think detroit techno, underground non commercial and eternally enjoyable...x

I am not gonna give you an apology. All i can say is we can just agree to disagree on our views of Oasis and I'm just gonna leave it at that.

version of the Beatles, which they fail miserably at. Their songs aren't very memorable except for that one hit "wonderwall" and maybe "champagne supernova". The Gallagher brothers are pricks that start fights with other artists and themselves so I am not surprised that someone attacked them onstage and they are broken up (finally). They are nothing, but a conformist fad of the 90's that made Brit pop huge.

"whats the story" and "definately maybe" are better then anything the strokes, coldplay, elliott smith, bloc party and the velvet underground has put out? wow, that made me laugh. Please make a better argument when you are gonna tell me the reasons why Oasis is not an overrated band. If you are gonna slander my top 8 atleast get your facts straight. The Strokes have a new york garage rock sound that doesn't sound anything like Oasis, so no influences there. The Velvet Underground formed in 1964 so i don't know what you're talking about when you say they "owe" Oasis. Chris Martin from Coldplay stated in an interview that some of his influences are Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Tom Waits. Oh, and the Flaming Lips. I highly doubt Oasis is a part of that group of influences. Let's see, Elliott Smith debuted at the same time as Oasis and you must be joking when you say Oasis influenced Bloc Party because they hate each other. All I can say about Oasis is that they are trying to be the copy cat

I only left it on my page outta British politeness..sod's law you might just possibly live up to ur tales of greatness and I'll be left with egg on my face..didn't want to ostrazise ur fan-base just in case u couldn't handle me pulling ur leg! But as u can let the sparring commence..u gona upload some mixes then??...promise to be brutally honest as u've set ur bar real high....I'm actually really a die-hard tech-house fan...better be bass-y, funky, lyrically beautiful an some great rifts..it had better make me get off my ass an dance in my living room....impatiently waiting. natx
