I saw this personality test in Sakura_20's journal and thought I'd give it a try myself. There are indeed some weird questions in there and the results are not quite right…
So here are my results - and my comments about them. ;)
Emotional (69%) Alright, that is about true, I think.
Concerned about self (53%) Wonder what they actually mean by that… If I care more about myself than others? If so, this is completely wrong.
Atheist (90%) If you want to call me that, just because I don't pray and neither believe in nor even like most popular religions. I never said though, that I DIDN'T believe in some higher force - because I do, I just don't put a name tag on it.
Dependent (62%) Might be true
Impetuous (66%) uhm… no clue how true this is really
Artistic mind (63%) I guess, this one fits
Cynical (59%) Yep, and I can be quite sarcastic as well. ;)
Follower (73%) That's actually quite true. The experiences I had with leading weren't really to my taste
Introverted (60%) What, JUST 60%? Really, in RL I'd put this up somewhere around 80%…
Liberal (63%) Why, thank you. I would've said the same. :)
Romantic (79%) Again, JUST 79%? Truly, I'm a hopeless romantic. What a shame that my fiance isn't the slightest bit romantic…
Sexual (59%) I would actually call myself sensual instead…
Insecure (72%) 72% might be a bit low here, unfortunately
Tolerant (70%) I don't think that requires a comment.
Pessimistic (77%) Yep, since birth in fact.
Pragmatic (68%) Yes, I am, thank you. I do have certain principles I'd never go against, though.
Opinionated (51%) Uhm… Yes, I do have opinions. Do I necessarily push them onto people and try to make them see the world as I do? Hell no. In fact I hate it when people do that to me. And I do tolerate other people's opinions as well. As long as they don't go against my principles that is… Like if someone enjoys hurting others and thinks that's a great past time, I certainly won't tolerate that opinion!
Elitist (80%) - WTF? How can I be completely insecure AND Elitist (as opposed to humble, in this test)? If anything I tend to think everyone's better than me, actually… At pretty much anything. I don't know where they got that from.
All in all, I've seen personality tests that were a lot more accurate. And when I say a lot. I've done a little analysis of my handwriting style and what it says about my personality once and that was head on - according to my fiance even.
Anyway, if anyone here reads this and decides to do this test themselves, please let me know what you thought of the results you got for yourself. I'm curious to see what others make of it.
