"Eox" is a new standalone Deepspace track. It is beatless, serene and very ambient. The track is 20 minutes long and is firmly in the space/ambient genre.

While a new as yet unreleased album, "Slow Moving Lifeforms" is currently in the mixing and mastering phase, and will be released in late July, this track will not be featured on it.

Do you write or listen to ambient music?
Now why would you go and do that?

I write and listen to Ambient music because I'm sick of rock'n'roll. I'm sick of pop music. Sick of dance music. Sick of the radio. Sick of hearing new bands that are constantly trying to reinvent the same old thing. Things that are sold off as 'new' that are just the same old thing. Retro 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's bands. Beatles clones, stones clones, Joy…

AMBIENT WRITINGS
These works are what I call ambient writings. They function on the same idea as ambient music. An attempt to create a certain mood- without an obvious narrative.

You could also call it impressionism. Or you could call it nothing at all, and just read it. :)
you should have good ambient music on while reading it- It may seem a bit whacked out and complicated at first, but if you read it slowly, it may create ambience….the words are chosen for their mood, and not necessarily their meaning.
