The atmosphere at the club Melkweg was just incredible. 1800 Drum'n'Bass fans went absolutely crazy from the first to the last row. There was pogo dance, mosh pits, wall of deaths and there was hardly any chance to regain some breath from dancing.
I was at great concerts before (like Rammstein or The Prodigy), but I never experienced a crowd that awesome.
Before Chase & Status actually came on stage there was a DJ spinning dnb and dubstep. The crazy part is: The crowd started to pogo dance to it, even despite the fact that the volume was a bit lower and the club was high illuminated (no lightshow or such). When C&S started playing the whole audience was was freaking out and everyone started to dance. Usually I noticed that the front half of the crowd is going mad but the second half more to the back isn't. This was different.
It was definitely the best concert experience I ever had in terms of atmosphere and crowd. I can't tell if it's just the crazy Dutch people or the Chase & Status fans. Maybe it's both. But if you ever have the chance to see this band in Holland: Take it!!!
