It's just the fact that Nu Metal is centered around greedy cunts that want money and could care less about making actual music. Taking Strapping Young Lad, it's the only good Nu Metal band because it doesn't conform to today's media and actually uses emotion in it's song writing.

I really have an unbiased opinion when it comes to music. I don't mind all forms of music, ranging from blues to folk. I can stand rap and country, genres most people dislike. Even if I don't like a band I will respect the person's taste in music seeing as I either don't listen to it or just need a better understanding of it. Plus, I can respect the emotions and skill being put into their music. Nu Metal is none of that and it just completely fucking sucks. Nu Metal music sucks and Nu Metal fans suck. It's contrived bullshit trying to just suck money out of simple minded morons, I don't understand why you ignorant fucks buy and/or download this shit. Biased opinion or not, Nu Metal is a terrible genre

Many nu metal songs aren't just intro, verse, bridge, chorus, verse, bridge, chorus solo, bridge,chorus and outro. Drums are more complicated than simple beat or blast beat (Rudiments, also musical not just technical), bass guitar is finaly playing something harder (Not just max one technique and one octave), guitars are same, only vocals aren't that great. Don't like the name "nu metal" cause it is just the stupid ability of people to box everything. However I generaly don't like this style too, except Slipknot and KoЯn. (Other bands aren't convincing).
