Why would you want to be anti-folk? Folk music is wonderful! If you don't like folk music, that's fine, but why not make music in a genre that you like rather than trashing other genres?

I think a better definition is "what the '60's would have sounded like had Seeger, Lomax, & Dylan rolled one at Newport instead & The Fugs & VU fought weekly for #1 Billboard charts". It's about 3 G cords w/ a Mr Microphone & an attitude just like 1977 but w/ Woody, Utah, & death metal, don't ya' know.
