That does look like Balki! My favorite discoveries of 2011 were Agesandages(thank you kevin), Youth Lagoon, and the fella that directed his videos( http://vimeo.com/34332459 and  http://vimeo.com/28638402 ). Can't wait for new Viva Voce.
