Es una banda de rock de Los Gatos, California en Estados Unidos. La banda se formó a mediados de los noventa, grabando DIY CDs vendiendo en su propio lugar. En 1998 el grupo se fracturó cuando sus miembros se graduaron en secundaria, y fueron a la Universidad. Fueron reagrupados en el 2000 cuando dejaron la Universidad y se trasladaron a Los Ángeles para trabajar juntos en su música. La banda Trapt firmo con Warner Brothers. más tarde en el 2001 y el lanzamiento de su primer álbum de estudio en el 2002. Contiene sus éxitos Headstrong y Still Frame.

Best Post-grunge band i've heard by far. If you don't consider it grunge, then whatever fucking genre you call it, it's the best in that genre, cause this band kicks ass that way.
