* Joel Grind - Vocals & Guitars (also bass and drums 1999-2008) (Tiger Junkies, Colon Rupture, HellVomit, Grave Mistake, Kunt Killer, Barbatos (Jpn), Gravewürm, Abigail (Jpn))
* Phil Zeller (Philthy Gnaast) - Bass (2008-) (Rammer, Kingdom of Sorrow)
* Al «Biddle» Chambers (Al Positions) – Drums (2008-) (Goat Horn, Cauldron (Can), Rammer)
En teoría la banda es un solo hombre, Joe Grind. Que se encarga de contratar a distintos músicos solo para hacer las giras. Para la primera versión de Relapse Records, un período de sesiones se utilizó un baterista. Después de la grabación Phil Zeller y Al Chambers de la banda canadiense Rammer joined se sumaron como miembros permanentes. Chambers ya había tocado para TH tambores en una gira de Canadá en 2006.
