Are you crazy, @XJ220RACER? "Velvet Morning", "The Drugs Don't Work" and "Space and Time" are great too. There are amazing material in this album besides the also amazing material in his B-sides.

One of their best albums in my opinion - every song is amazing.

What's wrong with its production? Sounds nice, not that awful like Death Magnetic or Californication. Or maybe it's my version of the album sounds good? o_0

Great album, but awful loudness mastering. Is there a more "audiophile" bootleg master?

And yeah, I disagree, PartySanCTG, i love the awesomes b-sides but I think Urban Hymns it's epic from beggining (Bitter Sweet Symphony) to the end (Come On) too.

100% of this album is The Verve classic

I'm surprised PartySanCTG didn't mention anything about the production this time

I'm not the one fucking kidding. I don't think they really cared about trying to be cool when they wrote those honest direct songs you've incorrectly labelled 'cod ballad crap mushfests'. I stand by my statement.

Lee's right, Borgy. You're the one fucking kidding if you can accept cod-ballad crap mushfests like Sonnet and The Drugs Don't Work and failed experiments like One Day and This Velvet Morning on the EPIC FROM BEGINNING TO END ALBUM. Again, you'd have more grounds to disagree if some of the crap was replaced by the superior B-sides.

Not as good as A Storm In Heaven, but still solid

What's the next album I should listen to by these guys?

Huge exaggeration? Are you fucking kidding? It's epic beginning to end. Lots of heart and soul. It's an affirmation of life. It's a powerful cleansing record. If this was the last album I heard on my death bed, I'd be satisfied.

    FUCKING AMAZING.

Pales in comparison to the Verve's shoegaze work, and just comes off Northern Soul without even less psychedelic influence.

Meh. As others have said, it's not A Storm in Heaven. It does have its moments, though. But "one of the best albums ever recorded" is a huge exaggeration.
