1. The Classic Crime - The Coldest Heart: This is what I tend to think of when I think of just plain, unaltered rock. It's got power, but it's not heavy, and the vocals aren't horribly annoying.
2. Oranger - Crooked In the Weird of the Catacombs: I thought long song titles were for indie bands. This is more my speed, which means it's almost more alternative than rock.
3. Rye Coalition - Pussyfootin: Hair band inspiration, anyone? I'm sure you could pass this off as a Poison or Damn Yankees song if you tried hard enough. Of course, going by their picture, these guys look better than Ted Nugent.
4. Simon Dawes - The Awful Things (Album Version): Am the only one who can't really understand the lyrics? Ignoring that, the song's got a good albeit repetitive rhythm to it, and is certainly listenable.
