The Durutti Column es el nom de guerre del grupo formado por el guitarrista de Manchester Vini Reilly (nacido en agosto de 1953), normalmente acompañado por el percusionista Bruce Mitchell. Asociado desde siempre con el sello Factory Records y su jefe, Tony Wilson (también su representante durante muchos años), su estilo integra elementos de jazz, folk, música clásica y rock, pero siempre sustentado por el sonido singular y característico de la guitarra de Vini.
