The dead 60´s es una banda inglesa enmarcada dentro de la ola punk-revival. Autodefinidos como una banda que mezcla sonidos provenientes del punk, el ska, o el Dub entre otros, Dead 60´s comenzó su bagaje allá por el 2001 con el nombre de Pinhole lanzando al mercado musical algunos sencillos como el Breaking Hearts & Windows, pasarían 4 años hasta que lanzasen su primer largo (The Dead 60´s) bajo la discográfica Deltasonic Records (The coral, The Zutons).
El segundo lp de la banda de rock llegaría en el año 2007 con el nombre de Time to Take Sides.

Kings of Leon & The Black Keys are still very good, but ok, Dead 60s. I hate Ska, I just found out. Their cover of Seven Nation Army!!! Toe-curling. LOVE riot radio though, very good song (it is not ska at all, that song, right??)

Yeah I tried and failed to find any glimmer of light in the darkness that is the sophomore effort. It sounded like they wanted some radio play; and any time a band goes in that direction, it destroys songwriting.... al la Kings of Leon and to a lesser extent The Black Keys.

The first album is immence! The second album isn't very good, only a couple of tracks i like from it, were as the debut album, every single track i liked even the dub cd was brilliant.
