The Blood Brothers fue una banda de hardcore formada en Seattle, Washington en 1997.
Entre sus influencias son bandas de hardcore como Orchid y Refused y la música experimental de bandas como Angel Hair y Drive Like Jehu.

Los miembros de la agrupación fueron: Jordan Blilie (vocalista), Johnny Whitney (vocalista), Morgan Henderson (bajo), Cody Votolato (guitarra) y Mark Gajadhar (batería).

Tras la separación de The Blood Brothers, Johnny Whitney y Mark Gajadhar formaron una nueva banda, Neon Blonde.

Bachmann_3: I agree with you. Young Machetes is such a conflict for them as far as writing goes. Johnny wanted to do more poppy stuff and Jordan just wanted to keep working together like they used to, and that's why there are only 5 good songs on that whole album.
