The Bevis Frond's 21st album. 'White Numbers' is an intriguing mixture of music, all fed through the Bevis Frond's psychedelic mincer. We have heavy guitars, gentle acoustic balladry, short and sharp punk, some great psych/pop, and even a smattering of prog organ. Nick Saloman: guitars, keyboards, analogue synth and vocals. - Paul Simmons : guitars - Adrian Shaw : bass - Dave Pearce : drums. -.-.-.-. om hari om ..... ॐะ

The psychedelic philosophy of life: this is the modus vivendi of Nick Saloman, aka Bevis Frond. Nick did not invent anything, but the sound of his music is marked Bevis Frond without a doubt, a feature, the highly personal sound that not everyone can boast. -.-.-.-. om hari om ..... ॐ

@ontologicalhedg: It is true. The new album has been recorded and is now being postproduced. It should be released this autumn and will probably be available on vinyl.

Just to let everyone know that the Bevis Frond back catalogue is being made available for digital download at a very reasonable price (£4 per album) at So far all the albums up to London Stone are available in high quality formats, with the remaining catalogue being uploaded at the rate of one every week or two. There is unreleased material as well, including the Von Trap Family Studio Sessions - a pre-Bevis Frond Psychedelic Punk Band from the Late 70s. Further rarities will be issued as the re-release project continues, including the Room 13 sessions, another pre-Bevis Frond incarnation.

I'm a big fan of Any Gas Faster but that's probably only because that was the first Frond CD I purchased.
