Noviembre 2009I always thought Let It Be was pretty good, but definitely not The Beatles best.. then I got the Naked version. Now, I think it's my favorite album.

Octubre 2009In looking at everyone's comments, I think we can all agree that really anyone who knows anything at all about the Beatles and cares enough to compare the two versions will prefer this one. There's really no arguing that point. And, as oneeyedcunt points out, Naked has Don't Let Me Down. End of story.

Agosto 2009i think if the Beatles weren't being total cunts the original Let It Be probably would have been this. but they wanted nothing to do with the production and Phil Spector was left alone with the daunting task. Lennon put it best: "He took the shittiest pile of shit ever and made it into SOMETHING." can't argue there, and Spector is to be applauded for the effort. too bad it sucked though

Agosto 2009The album was originally supposed to be called Get Back, meaning they were getting back to their rock and roll sound. I think these versions show that.

Agosto 2009How do I get Naked tracks to scrobble as such and not as the spectorized originals?

Enero 2009This remastered version is phenomenal. All the cheesy extra sound tracks originally added by "music-spoiler" Phil Spector where deleted and out of the "sound mash" evolves a clarified version of one of the best Beatles albums which had been hiding behind the "Wall of Sound" for such a long time. Moreover, the decision to include the powerful masterpiece "Don't Let Me Down" was an undoubtedly necessary modification to the original track listing. A sleeping beauty has been awakened.
