    I thought this was a Prefab Sprout out-take when I heard it on KCRW. Agreed - the production shamelessly rips off Prefab from their Two Wheels Good / Steve McQueen era. Lerche has gone too far with the borrowing.

    This song sound VERY much like "Steve McQueen"-era Prefab Sprout. Even the Wendy Smith-like background vocals. I like the song, but the similiarities cannot be a coincident.
