Es un grupo de Death metal melódico Sueco, creado por Jani Stefanovic (Miseration y la Essence Of Sorrow), que incluye a Christian Älvestam (ex Scar Symmetry, Miseration, Atoma, Unmoored, The Few Against Many, Quest Of Aidance, entre otros). Además Tom Gardiner (Hateform), Anders Edlund (Angel Blake), Patrik Gardberg y Rolf Pilve (Miseration, Essence of Sorrow, Code For Silence, Stratovarius).

Yeah, the progressive metal and progressive death metal tags really need to go...

I wonder who the fuck would tag them as progressive metal or progressive death metal. Perhaps they will stick to tagging S.45 hip-hop and dark electro as well.

"For those wondering/not fully understanding the procedure at hand, we will be recording BOTH albums, as in ALL music, at the same time, starting in August. Our label AFM, will then release the albums with a few months in between, but they will both be finished at the same time; just not released at the same time. For you thinking we would release some music now or whatever, we've never stated anything about doing so, nor about us starting the actual album recording yet. We are still in the pre-productional phase and we decide when we are done and satisfied with what we got. No one else! Then there is that little thing called "schedules" and "fully booked studios" and Dug-Out studios was simply not available until August, hence that is why we will not start recording until then! And yes, Christian will be doing the lyrics on his own this time!"

Posted March 26th "Ok guys, the future is finally here! In a few months we will start the recording of not one, but TWO new S.45 albums, simultaneously. They will each be released at intervals of a few months (starting some time at the end of the year), so it will not be a double album in the strict sense of the word. This is more of a twin-album thingie, as in a Part I and Part II, linked to one another sound-, layout- and concept-wise! We are proud and excited to announce that we will be recording the drums, starting in August, at the renowned Dug-Out studios, with the well-reputed producer Daniel Bergstrand at the helm (In Flames, Meshuggah, Soilwork, Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth). Everything else will be recorded, mixed and mastered together with our dear friend and ridiculously talented brother Plec (who we worked together with on 'For Aeons Past' as well), at his phenomenal Panic Room facilities. Hope you guys are as excited as we are! Let the good times roll! /S.45"
