Banda estadounidense de Traditional / Epic Doom Metal, formada en el año de 1987. Su nombre original fué «Solitude», bajo el cual grabaron el demo «And Justice For All…» en ese mismo año. En 1990 cambiaron su nombre a «Solitude Aeturnus», debido a problemas legales relacionados con otra banda llamada simplemente como «Solitude».

I'm curious, why does Beyond The Crimson Horizon garner so much praise? I like the album well enough, but I consider it their weakest effort personally. Admittedly, this may be because I'm stuck with the crap reissue by Metal Mind Productions. But ehh, I just can't put it on the same level as Into The Depths Of Sorrow, or Through The Darkest Hour.
