I like all of the tracks on the LP but my 2 favorite are "Dusty Road" and "Woman" another track from the other CD is "Hello 503" which if you listen to some of the lyricsis very scarily accurate.

SHAPE OF THE RAIN BACK IN THE STUDIO AND RECORDING ONCE AGAIN! Great News, ..... Legendary Sheffield Band Shape Of The Rain, have been in the Studio for the last few weeks and recording again. Ian 'Tag' Waggett - Drummer, says 'that all the original Members of the Band have been involved. They have been using modern recording equipment to 'revisit' tracks from their Classic 'Riley, Riley, Wood and Waggett' Album, which has become something of a Colectors Item and that they are planning to release a CD in the near future showcasing the result'. He also said 'that hopefully some new material will probably also be recorded and that Fan's hopes for a Reunion and some Live Performances might become a reality'!

You can listen to Shape Of The Rain on YouTube, as well as watch good video footage that some Guy in the USA has fitted to the track. The sound is Excellent! Search on YouTube for 'Yes by Shape Of The Rain'. Hope that you Enjoy!

My Cousin was the drummer in The Shape Of The Rain and I used to go and see them play at Sheffield University and the local Pubs and Clubs. I have just joined and have added SOTR to my library, but can't get the tracks to play .. it just keeps going to Shape Of The Rain Radio and playing another Artist! Any ideas what to do?? Roy

Not a bad album this. Not great, but it`s highlights are "Dusty Road" [great chorus, bridge and steel guitar, and should have been a hit.],Willowing Trees [sounds a tad Love-ish] and "Yes". Lowlights are the sound quality and some of the playing in the rhythm section. I think they were only lacking a decent producer,in some ways.
