Sertab Erener (nacida en 1964, Estambul) es una estrella del pop famosa en su país, Turquía. Sacó su primer álbum «Sakin Ol» en 1992 con la ayuda de la también famosa en Turquía Sezen Aksu. También ha participado en diversos dúos con artistas como José Carreras y Ricky Martin y fue la invitada estrella en la gala de la ampliación de la Unión Europea en 2004. Tiene una coloratura de voz soprano, y a parte una fabulosa versatilidad vocal. Ganó el Festival de la Canción de Eurovisión 2003 en Riga con la canción Everyway That I Can, que mezclaba sonidos folk con ritmos modernos, entrandocon este tema en los charts internacionales. En 2007 publica su nuevo álbum Paint On Water.
