Most of this album is terrifying and mostly just that, but this one preempts all of the scariness while being equally as beautiful as it is scary. The best part is 5:35 and the strings behind that part.
nancykitten makes a good point, but I think the problem may be that people are assuming all art should be beautiful. who says it has to be? maybe this song is just trying to be creepy, dark, unsettling and arresting.
