Just listening to "When Angels Unite"- what a vocalist. Just as good as an early Michael Kiske.

I've only recently discovered these guys, and I'm glad I did. It's like Dream Theater if Dream Theater could compose consistently good songs and didn't rely on 3 minute wanking sessions.

vv Haha, that's hilarious! :D By the way, they are writing new material for the follow up to "Heavenly Ecstasy". I've heard rumors of a potential double album, with 1 disc continuing where the last album was heading with short catchy songs, and the other disc featuring a return to their longer, more progressive sound. This is just a rumor from the official Facebook page though, and I kinda doubt it will happen as much as I love the idea! :D

Celestial Entrance is second to none. Truly one of the best prog metal albums of all time, if not the best.

vv Yeah, that is easily the slickest solo I've heard in the last 5 years. It's so good that interestingly enough, it is the exact same solo that is played in the bonus track "Shine Eternally" from the God's Equation sessions.
