Nile es una banda de Death Metal formada en 1993 y procedente de Carolina del Sur, Estados Unidos. La letra de las canciones está inspirada en las leyendas, religión y arte del Antiguo Egipto.
La mayor parte de la música es escrita por el guitarrista Karl Sanders. Combina los clásicos elementos del Death Metal e instrumentos del Oriente Medio y Egipto. Además es famosa por su velocidad y potencia reconocidas por fans y críticos.
El tema del antiguo Egipto fue adoptado por la banda gracias al interés de Karl Sanders por esta y otras culturas como la Mesopotamica. Además tienen influencias de H. P. Lovecraft, escritor reconocido por varias bandas del ambiente del Heavy metal.
Mucha gente cree que alguno de los miembros de Nile son egipcios o de ascendencia egipcia. Todas estas especulaciones son falsas, el interés por la cultura de Egipto fue adoptada por Sanders como hobby.

Like i said,they didn't include the symbols like !,'.? on the back cover. And the Space between Kafir and ! is wrong on the digipack version also,space is never used to write symbols and words divided. In the booklet it says Kafir!,in the lyrics section also. Even so i could be wrong,if it's Kafir_! then Nile and Nuclear Blast have bad spelling. It can only be Kafir or Kafir!,but since there is a misprint without ! and ' on the back...
