Have just been playing the Mythology live set - pre Earth and Black Sabbath - and it show what a stunning guitarist Tony was, even back in the very early days. This is a real find and all Sabbath fans need to search it out

Steppin' Out, Top Of The Hill, All Your Love, Help Me, Dust My Blues [a.k.a. “Dust My Broom”], All That Jazz, Room With A View, Morning Dew, Spoonful This is a private audience recording of Mythology’s very last show. During their final days, the band included Neil Marshall (bass), Chris Smith (vocals), Tony Iommi (lead guitar) and Bill Ward (drums). "Keith Jefferson recorded the gig using a reel-to-reel tape machine. The only surviving record of any of the band's performances, it contains nine tracks including such enduring blues favourites as "Steppin' Out", "Dust My Blues" [a.k.a. “Dust My Broom”], "Morning Dew" and "Spoonful". [From HOW BLACK WAS OUR SABBATH (pg. #10)] As of February 2006, an apparently complete copy of the show has begun circulating. The running time of the recording is 45:41. The quality is very good at best and gives us a very unique opportunity to hear how Tony and Bill playing together before Earth and Black Sabbath!
