Mike Mukhopadhyah más conocido por comodidad como Mike Monday. Empezó produciendo en Londres con el ahora Groove Armada, Andy Cocup. Debutan en uno de los últimos sellos británicos de progressive house de los 90s, Skinnymalinky. Sus primeros tracks como The Beat Foundation los catapultaron a la ya por entonces establecida escena de clubs británica con los mejores paraísos ratifícales del mundo como Ministry of Sound o The End gracias a remezclas para Bizarre Inc, Art of Noise o Delacy. Mike dirige también el sello MM Records donde firmó otro hit de órdago, Love Paranoia. Además de mimar su propio proyecto editorial ha conseguido grabar para EMI, Hooj Choons, Spot On o Mercury. Uno de sus últimos logros ha sido firmar por Yoshitoshi con el proyecto Autokat a medias con su colega DJ Gordon Kaye. Otro de sus amigotes es Darren Emerson (ex-Underworld) con el que también ha trabajado en algún que otro remix.
