Tony colman y Chris Goss comenzaron a producir en 1996 y juntos fundaron el sello «Hospital Records» destinado a la producción de música «Liquid Funk» principalmente. Este dueto tenía, en dicho sello, proyectos bajo los nombres: «Future Homosapiens», «Dwarf Electro», y «Orkestra Galactica».
En el 2002 Chris Goss deja el dueto para dirigir «Hospital Records» de tiempo completo, de esa manera nace «Londo Elektricity» un proyecto de «Liquid Funk» a cargo únicamente de Tony Colman.
