Tony colman y Chris Goss comenzaron a producir en 1996 y juntos fundaron el sello «Hospital Records» destinado a la producción de música «Liquid Funk» principalmente. Este dueto tenía, en dicho sello, proyectos bajo los nombres: «Future Homosapiens», «Dwarf Electro», y «Orkestra Galactica».
En el 2002 Chris Goss deja el dueto para dirigir «Hospital Records» de tiempo completo, de esa manera nace «London Elektricity» un proyecto de «Liquid Funk» a cargo únicamente de Tony Colman.

It's a bloody shame that, when confronted with "hey man, talk less and let us hear more music on the Hospital podcast", that Tony always responds with "oh yeah, you're just looking for more music to pirate right". Nobody cares about whatever stupid crap he's shouting about XYZ artist that was recently signed to Hospital records...if they're good, then the people who legally buy the music from his site will surely reinforce that. But if he keeps responding with "y'all are pirating wankers", then I'm going to delete all of my legally purchased Hospital Mp3s and torrent the Hospital discography repeatedly and seed it to other "pirating wankers" non-stop just to spite him. Chill the fuck out, good music sells itself...you need only be concerned if it's mass-produced tripe that nobody gives a shit about...
